[Elecraft] VCO test failure on #3349

On the next page (page 58)can you get a VCO voltage of 6 Volts by
adjusting L30?  If you can I think the oscillator is running.  There
could be something wrong with TP 1.

When doing the Alignment and Test Part 2, PLL Reference Oscillator went
fine, but the VCO Test came up with 0000 KHz. Probe was hooked up to TP1
and
vfo set to 4000.10. Any ideas where to start looking? Thanks for any and
