No such thing as the right choice as long as you get one that will
supply at least 25Amps @ 13.8V. If you choose a switching power supply,
ensure it's filtered so the switching action does not get into the
transceiver.  If you get a non-switching type make sure it's well
regulated at the current max  you want to draw.  There are many
manufacturers.  Astron is one that comes to mind.
