[Elecraft] KNB2 and KAF2

Quick note of satisfaction.

The lawn guy went by with the weed wacker and about S9 of ignition noise
just as ZA/Z35M responded to my call on 24903. Noise blanker on,..., noise
disappeared.  Thanks Elecraft.

Just finished KAF2 last week.  I know that I am one of the lucky ones, but
after 6 days there is no discernable error in the clock, which has turned
out to be a very nifty feature.  Thanks again, Elecraft.
