Hi

Called  CQ on 28.120 (psk31) at 00:45Z  (that's 8:45 EDT) and V73GOD, 
Bert on Kwajalein, Marhall Islands came back! He gave my 10W pep out of 
central NJ a 599.  A nice, un-rushed QSO.

I suppose his logperiodic at 40 feet didn't hurt things, but there could 
have been a bit of  mojo too.
