[Elecraft] new Elecraft calling freq on 15m - 21360

Wayne, et al,
Had two K2-to-K2 QSO's on the suggested 21360khz freq today with K5TW and
G3PJT, everyone operating K2's. Added two new K2 serial numbers to my
collection. Frequency seems to be a reasonable choice and pretty clear.
