21.360 sounds good, but we need to have a slightly lower frequency since
15 mtrs is not always open like 17 - 20 mtrs. I suggest 17 mtr (18.150);
eventhough it is a small band, it is very quiet(noise floor); thus good band
for mobile and QRP. We could use 21.360 with 18.150 as a secondary freq.
