[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1

Others have told you of methods that worked, I will tell you of a
method that didn't work. I cut the cloth so that it was slightly
larger than the speaker and then spread some rubber cement on the
bottom of the K2's top cover using the brush that was attached to the
inside of the cement's cap.  I then pressed the cloth in place and let
the cement dry.  I punched the screw holes through the cloth with a
soldering iron.  Everything looked great until I turned the cover over
and found that some of the cement had flowed through the speaker
grill's slots and made a bit of a mess on top of the cover.  I was
able to clean away all of the cement but it took a while.  After it
was over and done with, everything looked nice and neat but I think
there has to be a better way.
