[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1 (fwd)

Hi Wayne...I got a piece of black cross-stitch cloth, cut it t size,
sprayed the underside of the lid around the hole with 3M adhesive or
something similar and stuck it on...simple and did the job...

...the cross-stitch cloth has a little stiffness to it which eliminates
any wrinkle problems...
