[Elecraft] SSTV Operation

I'm interested in trying out SSTV, but there are too many possible programs
to determine what the best one is, so I am looking to tap into the
experience of others to determine my best move.

My requirements:
1. Sound card compatible- no external boxes
2. Win98 compatible
3. Ability to send common file formats, i.e. jpg, bmp
4. Price.  Freeware is best, shareware next best.

I don't have a camera, so sending live shots isn't a possibility, but I can
create files in those formats quickly to send over the air.

Please reply direct so we don't clutter the reflectors.  Thanks in advance
