[Elecraft] Compaints about parts

To All:

My point was never to "slur" anyone. Rather my intent was to point out that no
matter the cause of the missing parts or problems with a kit from Elecraft.
The missing part has always been replaced and any problems always resolved with
probably little to no headache. If I have offended other with my comment then
I to am sorry. My goal was to keep the focus on the point that the Elecraft
kits are probably the best kits around. I find it difficult to understand how
people complain about a product if the company made a good faith effort to
correct any issues concerning the product. If I purchase or use a product and
I discover that something is not right about it. I approach the company or
manufacturer that supplied the product and ask for help. If that company makes
the effort to make it right, replace or repair the product I have had no loss
and would not hold it against the company or manufacture. I believe that is
why others and myself go out of our way to let other know about our great
experiences with Elecraft.

Please have a great day!

Thanks
