[Elecraft] K2 with Rigblaster?

Having just hooked up my K2 to a Rigblaster and got it all working, a couple
of things I don't like which must have been seen before by others.
I want to work mainly CW so what is the best method to hook up an external
keyer and still maintain QSK, without the rigblaster relay clicking to key
the PTT and of course maintain Auto and keyboard CW functions from MixW (for
instance). Also I need to be able to monitor RX audio and don't like the
jack plug half in the K2 phone socket method, it works but too unreliable.
Has anyone found an elegant solution to these issues or maybe point me in
the right direction.
