Hi Everyone,
Must add my 2 (NZ) cents worth to this discussion!

I, too, had 2 or 3 small parts missing from my inventory - and even, with
the KPA100,  had my new Rottweiler pup eat a piece of the Teflon-covered
wire!
In ALL cases replacement from Elecraft was FAST and FREE. What's more,
dealing with every member of the team is a pleasant experience - and my QTH
is not just 'down the road' from Aptos!
I'm sure the other (ZL1TW, ZL1AIH & ZL2BBB) local K1/K2 owners will agree
with me on this!
There are NO moans from THIS dx-K2 owner!
