[Elecraft] KPA100 Page 43 test results

Rick,

Had the same experience.  U4 was as yours and the J3 lead measured .2 volts.
I just went ahead and figured if it indicated a problem, it would show up
later.  Have finished all of the tests and had it on the air with no
discernible problems yet.
