Sorry you misunderstood me.  When I said, "....nearby strong signals..."
I meant nearby in frequency.  I'm talking about signals that are +/- 5
kHz or less from the receive frequency.  (If there's filter bleedthrough
or "blowby" from a signal on an adjacent band, then you have real big
problems, hi).
