Note that I said, "I used N0SS's e-mail as a template...".  He had
"10-Sep-02" as the contest date and I didn't catch it.  The correct date
is 08-Sep-02.

According to KC4KGU, the US Naval Observatory has also travelled into the
future because the actual UTC and EDT date at the moment I am writing
this is 08-Sep-02.
