One of my all time favorite SWL rx is the AOR 7030. It is fantastic... Its size matches that of the elecraft runs on 12vdc. It sounds good on CW ssb and AM Price is about 900 bucks to bad it is not a kit. Big plus is that it wont be swamped by the elecraft. I love it Phil
