Elecraft K2 Tuner and Transmit Problem

Hi,

Symptoms presented:
-HI CUR always showing up when I talk or just transmit.
-Frequency on target, varies when top cover is removed, then comes back to correct frequency with cover put back on.
-My Audio is VERY LOW.  The speaker wiring is okay, switched the wires to see if it was grounded already. It only cut the audio out when I did that.
-Forced Power SWR or F to r is: 0.1F 0.0r with power at 15W out.
-Used wrong wire size on L33 on the RF board, and maybe the ones before it. Problem is that both wires are red, and it was hard to tell the difference between them.
...Elecraft is sending me more wire so that I can rewind all the L's(inductors) & T's(transformers) on the RF board that are torroids. Just to make sure that they are all correctly wound and with the right wire.

Defaults:
-CAL CUR at 3.5
-BFO and Filters set correctly

Official Mods Done:
-2nd Xfil SSB
-added capacitance to RF board for 20m tuning problem

I hope to get most of the 'Signal Tracing' troubleshooting done tonight.  I have built the Signal Generator (7MHz Crystal) and will build the RF probe with a 1N4004 or 1N4148 Diode since I cannot find a 1N34A.

If you seem to have had this problem in your radio's pastlife please send direct your responses.  I will check them by next week.
