May have been mine?  I designed one using WB8RCR's QSLMaker and a shot 
of both the K1 and K2 taken from the Elecraft website.  I put my name 
(Bob) in the K1's display and call (N4BP) in the K2's display.  Used 
Paint Shop Pro to first rotate the picture slightly to make the displays 
level, and then cut out the displays to add my info.  I may be able to 
scan a card and send you a picture of it if you wish.
