  I would imagine that the mounting of L16 causes every KPA100 builder to 
think twice.  It certainly did so for me.  However, L16 is just part of a 
high-pass filter and its position and stability shouldn't be at all 
critical.  So the fact that it is not that securely anchored is not a big 
problem.  I came to the conclusion that one could possibly cause more 
problems by trying to pull the leads too tight than just mounting it the 
way it wants naturally to fit.  It certainly seems to be working fine.
