[Elecraft] KAF2 RTC Problem appears to be solved

Thanks to the numerous folks who constructively made sure I followed the 
directions to set the clock.
However, the problem appears to be the RTC chip itself. In dialog with 
Gary, we find that some of the alternate equivalent RTC chips weren't that 
equivalent. This was discovered after I had inquired about this in June 
when doing my initial parts inventory.
Elecraft's with it's usual excellent support has a replacement is on it's way.

Now on to install and test KAT2, Next build KPA100, Then build a complete 
K2 for a friend,......what fun!!
