[Elecraft] The K1, 60 meters and Declining Sunspots

My plan is to order a two band board for 80 and 60 meters when the extent 
of the band is definately known!  We have an "idea" now but ARRL or
whoever hasn't decided on a band plan yet.  FCC seems like they don't want
to designate sub-bands.  This would be a nice place to go for QRPers,
rag-chewers and antique gear people to go to avoid the "contest crunch"
on the non-WARC bands!

| Opening of the 60 meter band will probably coincide with declining sunspot 
| numbers. Due to internal circuitry, 80 meters is currently not an option for 
| a 4 band K1 unless you want to give up the 4th band.
