I think it's the other rx that's responsible.
Some receivers (including the K2) display the actual frequency of a CW signal.
Others display the 'suppressed carrier' frequency -- the frequency where the
carrier would be if the CW signal were one sideband of an AM signal. This makes
sense for SSB, where the RF power occupies a relatively wide band of frequencies
offset from a (suppressed) carrier, but for CW it's misleading.
Most modern rigs offset the display in CW mode so it will show the actual
frequency of a CW signal, but some older ones (or a modern rig if you have the
mode switch set to SSB) do not. Apparently your other receiver's BFO is offset
to the opposite side of the IF on 15/10 than the lower bands (although I would
expect it to change on 20m and up in keeping with SSB conventions).
