[Elecraft] afterthought with K2 tune up; MH2 mic question

In tuning up my K2 on Saturday right after I got it built, I used the =
TUNE function.  Thanks for all the help with the question I had with =
this function.
However, in thinking back, I may have inadvertantly simply pressed the =
key for a few seconds and tuned for max power rather than use the TUNE =
function for a couple of the bands.  Does this accomplish the same thing =
or should I go back and redo it?
Also- I built the SSB board and connected it up.  I get the carrier but =
no audio with my Heil MH-2 mic. I can adjust R1 for the null using the =
bargraph.=20
 I put the 5.6 K resistor on the back of the front panel board and put =
in all 8 jumpers.  I seem to remember some discussion about this a while =
back but don't have all the old messages.  Has anyone experienced this =
before?
