[Elecraft] KPA-100 hardware - where?

Greetings:
	Where are the 19 4-40 x 1/4 pan heads for the KPA-100 packed? Are they
loose in the same plastic ziplock as the most of the other 4-40 screws,
standoffs, 4-40 nuts, #4 split lockwashers and so on or are they in their
own envelope or ziplock somewhere else in the packaging? If the former
they're missing and a run to the local Ace Hardware is in order but if in
the latter I gotta start looking harder behind and under a buncha stuff. The
rest of the hardware seems accounted for. Meanwhile, I'll probably be
winding toroids, counting turns and tinning leads in my sleep.
