[Elecraft] I keep burning up tips. What's wrong?

I don't think Kester is advocating this as a standard technique,
but more for illustrative purposes regarding the changes in sodlering
techniques
due to the decreased amount of flux in the no-clean (Kester 245) and other
water based solders.

I always refer to Alan Winstanley's Basic Soldering & Desoldering Guide
