All relays in the K2 are of the latching type, so if you suspect a relay
is bad on 20 meters, switch to that band and then power down.  The relays
will stay in the same state they were just prior to power down, so you
can check across the relay contacts with an ohmmeter to see if they are
in the proper state and if there is high resistance across the closed
contacts.
