[Elecraft] High Current warning on 10m

Hi,
after having separated the KPA100 from the K2 into an EC2 I can see the
following issues:
1.) low outout on 10m (KPA100 switched off, Aux I/O disconnected:
the K2 (including a KAT2) barefoot just puts 3W into the dummy load of the MFJ
949D and gives high current warning. KAT2 is switched to CAL S mode and gives
an SWR of 4.2:1 Assuming that the connecting cables are ok this should mean
that the swr bridge in the KAT2 needs realignment?!

2. KPA100 with low output on 10m and 15m into dummy load about 40 ~ 50 Watts,
about 70 Watts on 12m. Additional SWR meter in front of the MFJ dummyload
shows swr of less than 1.5:1 so foldback should not happen. Again
misalignment of swr-bridge - this time, of course the bridge of the KPA100

Aux I/O line is currently not shielded. Have bought EMC compatible D-Sub 9
connectors and a shielded cable.
Any feedback welcome. Thanks!
