[Elecraft] Setup for Spectrogram 7.0

I'm still around, but have been away a lot of September and October (for
bedtime reading, the adventures on my rafting trip down the Colorado River
is posted at http://home.pacbell.net/johngreb/grandcanyon.html , but no ham
radio on this trip).  I have no further trips planned for the next few
months, so I should be able to catch up on many backlogged projects.

An updated tutorial on using Spectrogram 7 will have to wait a few weeks; I
still need to finish building the field test version of the KAT100 and
report any strange results back to Elecraft.  The new version of Spectrogram
has a lot more flexibility for making filter measurements on the K2 and I
want to fully explain those.
