[Elecraft] It almost lives

OK, so # 2985 is half alive. I finished the construction a couple of days
ago and passed the receive tests, up to and including the 40m test. When it
came time to do the transmit tuneup, I flopped.  When I put or attempt to
put the rig into tune, it does nothing. The current reading is low .24 and
only increases when I key the rig, but still to only .48 or so.  Since we
have been traveling for a few days, I haven't had a chance to trouble shoot
anything yet. I was kinda hoping one of you would have a suggestion before I
get too far into this. We will be sitting in Bushnell, FL until Thursday, so
I have some time to work on it.
