[Elecraft] re osc problem on kpa100

Bob, please send me the info too (maybe put it on the refector?). I've
had the problem on 17 meters. I have not put anything on the list about
it, since I don't have a GOOD ground in the shack, and didn't want many
replies telling me to fix the shack ground :-). I run a MFJ tunner with
a W9INN 80/40 dipole. The K2 works fine when I use the AL 80 (single
3-500Z) but not barefoot! It draws a lot of current and the swr meters
show high swr when it happens, so it must be oscillating somewhere
besides 17 meters!
