Shortly before FieldDay 2002, a friend of mine brought his 706MKIIG over
to my house to do side by side comparrisons so we could decide which rig
to take to the field.

I remember asking him "Do you have the RF gain all the way up and the
attenuator turned off?"

Basically, the TS-2000 blows the doors of the 706MKIIG and the K2 blows
the doors off the TS-2000.

You will definately not be disappointed with a K2!
