Take a look at antennas by w9inn. You will see tiny ads in the back of QST.
I have one of his 80/40 meter dipole that resonates on 80/40/17 meters and it
works quite well. W9inn will customize the dipole for you. You can get away
with deforming a dipole to fit your real-estate. My dipole forms a "Z" over
my roof to make the 47.5 feet leg fit across a 34 feet long roof. The other
side goes through a evergreen tree! The angle between the legs is about 100
degrees with the leg going to the tree slanting upward. It works great
despite this less than perfect form.
