What we need to do is redefine the entire elecraft range as items which
attract low import duty. For example a K1 could be described as burnable
silicon grade I. And a K2 could be burnable silicon Grade II.

We then need to arrange for the value of the items to be paid by
non-currency.

For example 1 K1 = 1000 bananas  a K2 = 1600 bananas

We then arrange payment of the bananas via a third party banana futures
market.

Simple :-)
