[Elecraft] Accessing Spectrogram 7.0

I would appreciate any help on accessing the newly downloaded Spectrogram.  I 
have downloaded it to my C drive.  When I go there and click on Spectrogram 
(revised), I get Install Shield Self-Extracting.EXE and the note This will 
install Spectrogram.  Do you wish to continue?  After pushing the Yes button 
I get This file is not the correct size or is corrupt, and is unusable.  Can 
anybody tell me what to do to get this new Spectrogram program to work?
