Haven't been able to try one yet, so this is based only on what the package says.  
Sears has two combination digital/analog meters, with a true analog movement.  The 
analog movement is best for peaking and watching for trends, as some digital 
meters have such a slow conversion rate in the AD converter that it's real hard to 
see small peaks before you pass them.  I have a Fluke 77, and it's hard to read 
peaks on it's bar graph, and it converts fairly quickly.  The major problem thatI 
have with the Sears meters is that they have captive leads(hard to replace).
