[Elecraft] Tilt Stand Problem

I used a pistol grip bar clamp (usually used for woodworking).  You could
also use a C-Clamp.  Install one side as you did.  Compress the stand and
have the bolts, nuts, and washers ready to tighten finger tighten.  Then
tighten with tools before letting pressure up on the clamp.  Don't know why
the stand had to be so hard to install.
