[Elecraft] Tilt Stand Problem

Roy:

1) Install ONE of the feet with BOTH screws, but leave them VERY LOOSE... 
just enough to get the nuts screwed on.

2) Install the other food using just the outermost screw and leave it LOOSE 
as well.

3) Install the bail VERTICALLY (e.g. perpendicular to the bottom cover) by 
inserting one end into the 2-screw foot and then the other end into the 
1-screw foot. Install the last screw and tighten all screws.

This should allow easy installation and should force the feet to pull the 
bail into proper alignment.
