I filled out the application on the Elecraft web site last night and
included a print out from my GAWARDS program for the Geratol net for
W.A.S. while QRP.  Also the $2.00.  Looking forward to the certificate. 
I didn't realize but, 
 I started the QRP W.A.S. on 11/29/01 and finished it in December 2001,
less than a month, got lucky. Had a lot of fun doing it, particularly
Alaska and Hawaii.  Mailed it this morning.
