[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS Award #8 issued to KC4KGU

If I remember correctly, the first contact I logged (and QSL'd) was in
April of this year.  Having the luxury of being able to work from home a
great portion of the time, I was able to pounce on states I hadn't worked
yet when I heard them.  I have a map on the wall that put pins in once
I've worked someplace.  I used gray pins to indicate working someplace
with the K2 so, it gave me a quick reference to look at.

Amazingly enough, the last few states I worked, I was operating 10w on
160m at either 1.880, 1.898 or 1.907.

The most states for one freq award belongs to 18.132 though.  I propose an
"endorsement" badge for the WAS award for WAS on the "elecraft calling
freqs".

I know that I'm going to try to do it just for grins and giggles.
