Daniel said the split was ~1.3 MHz and the frequencies he gave are only
900 kHz apart.  This did not jibe, so I checked the AMSAT Web site for
the correct information and came up with the following:

Worldwide downlink = 145.800 MHz FM
Region 1 voice uplink = 145.200 MHz FM (- 600 kHz offset)
Region 2/3 voice uplink = 144.490 MHz FM (-1310 kHz offset)
Worldwide packet uplink = 145.990 MHz FM (+190 kHz offset)

Basically,
Region 1 is Europe, Africa, and northern Asia.
Region 2 is North and South America and eastern Oceania
Region 3 is western Oceania and southern Asia
