[Elecraft] Hotmail accounts bouncing

We have been seeing a large number of bounces from Hotmail accounts (see
below). This seems to happen regularly with hotmail, so we recommend users
of that free email service try another one, like Yahoo, if they want to
receive their Elecraft list (and other) email in a reliable fashion.
