[Elecraft] K1 15/20 Meters dead

OK, I re-posted this, since reading the list for a bit tonight I noticed 
that most people put the Rig type infront of the e-mail..

I OK, just finished my K1, and doing the final tuneing/testing. I have 30 
and 40 meters working, but cant get anything out of 15 or 20. I cheacked 
all the caps and solder joints, but cant see any reason why it's not 
working. As far as I can tell it is receaving on all bands..
