A=B, RIT/XIT, REV, and mode switching won't shift the frequency more than 5kHz.
PF1/PF2 might work to possibly invoke a scan resume.

I think I would give you a 6.5 out of 12.

I sent Wayne the 8 methods I came up with as one of them has not yet been 
mentioned by anyone else on this list so far.
