You didn't say to QSY only the Receive freq. REV will only move 1/2 of the
QSO. However, it will do that (if in SPLIT)! RIT and XIT won't go 5Kc. CW
Rev moves 1.2Kc max. LSB might get closer to 3.5, but I don't see it.

However, I count Direct Freq Entry and Memory Recall as two, and Band Up a
bunch is different than band down a little.

I grade him a 7 of 12. Wayne?

Nice try, John. Unfortunately PF1 and PF2 can't cause a QSY by themselves
(unless mapped
to SCAN, but you mentioned SCAN separately), switching modes doesn't cause a
large QSY,
and your #9 is stretching the rules. So I'll give you 8 of 12  ;)
