The article (as with most other articles) is not available on the ARRL
web site.  There is a searchable index, but it has not yet been updated
to include that issue. Back issues are often available and you can
order article reprints.  See <http://www.arrl.org/qex/>.

Eric said that he would ask the ARRL to make it available.  I
suspect that when he receives an answer he will post it here.

The article (as well as the earlier Product Review in QST) is quite
complementary regarding the K2.  It also confirmed my suspicions about
the receiving performance of my current transceiver. I had pretty much
decided to purchase a K2 at the time I read it and the article only
confirmed that decision.
