[Elecraft] K1 Resistance Checks

On page 29 of the K1 manual is a list of resistance checks for the RF 
board.  All of my values check out except one.  I have completely 
checked all of the parts on the RF board for placement and value twice 
and everything is correct.  All of the solder joints look clean.

U3 pin 3    207K  this should be < 200K
U3 pin 5 > 20M
U4 pin 3    102K
U4 pin 6 > 20M
U4 pin 7 > 20M

My U3 pin 3 reading is 207K when it should be under 200K.  Is this close 
enough?  Can anyone advise where to look for the problem?  It seems odd 
that U3/5, U4/6 & U4/7 are so high when >10K, >10K and >1K are listed 
respectively.  Did I fry a component?
