No, because <LOCKTX> detaches the transmit frequency from the receive
frequency. I know, it's counter intuitive, but that's the way MixW
works. That way you can tune your receive frequency to zero in the other
guy, but your transmit frequency does not change. In other words, it is
"locked" to its original setting, and can't walk up or down the band.
