[Elecraft] k2 and Dx4Win

I am trying to connect Dx4win to the K2, but I am unsure of how to get =
the software to key the radio. The manual is not very informative on the =
steps necessary to get the radio to key with the software. Any help =
would be greatly appreciated.  Also, is anybody else using the Timewave =
599zx (Updated) with PSK31?  If so, how did you go about it with the =
DX4Win software?  I bought the 599zx used, and did not recieve a manual. =
