[Elecraft] K2 full calibration procedure

 Hello All,
   I just built the Kat100 and replaced the firmware on my K2. I was
wondering if there is anyone who has written a step by step calibration
procedure for the K2. If you could imagine a perfectly working K2/100 with
all the trimmings, and then imagine a monkey let loose with a set of
alignment tools randomly turning every slug tuned inductor, trimmer cap and
potentiometer in the rig, and then he did a factory reset of the whole
thing! 

I don't have a monkey but you understand the kind of procedure I'm talking
about, with things like: "if you do not have the KSB-2 skip to step 26"
etc...
