[Elecraft] K1 Motorcycle?

Well not really. He just brought it along with him on his trip and made s=
ome contacts while camping.

The story (http://www.arrl.org/news/features/2002/11/26/1/?nc=3D1) doesn'=
t mention what type of radio he used for the CW part of his on the road Q=
RP operation, but I seem to recall him building (or built for him) an Ele=
craft K1. If you look at the picture near the bottom you can see the K1 a=
nd an MP-1 on the table.

Anyway, just thought you guys (es gals) would like to know.
